?? Celebrating Women in Logistics this International Women’s Day ?? The logistics industry has long been characterized by its male-dominated landscape, and even though change is happening, we know that there is room for improvement. Since merging DANX Group and Carousel Logistics in 2022, we have made gender equality a priority, aligning our efforts with UN Sustainable Development Goal #5: Gender Equality. As part of this commitment, we’ve taken some key steps – including completing the UN Gender Equality Accelerator Programme, conducting a Gender Gap Analysis, and, most recently, launching a diversity panel to turn insights into action – to mention a few.
