We’re Hiring ?????? As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events. ? Prospecting: Research and understand target markets and industries to identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth. ? Client Outreach: Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings to present our products/services and understand their needs. ? Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business challenges and how our solutions can address them. ? Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads, prospects, and sales activities. ? Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and support them in closing deals. ? Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and enhance the effectiveness of sales strategies. ? Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and achieved targets to the Sales Manager. Qualifications: ? Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales or business development. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. ? Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads effectively. ? Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. ? Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. ? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
