We had a wonderful time at Kettering Health's Ribbon of Hope event. The proceeds benefit their Women’s Wellness Fund, which provides breast-imaging services and other women’s cancer care to uninsured or underserved women in the community at no cost. Over 15,000 women have been helped since this fund began in 1995! We appreciate what this organization does for women's healthcare! #ConstructingHope #BreastCancerAwareness #RibbonofHope

So thankful for our employees that donated blood for our drive with Solvita. We had two first-time donors, 17 in total, collecting enough to save 51 lives in our community! We will see you for the next one in December! #ConstructingHope #DonateBloodSaveLives

We're back to school! We had our icebreakers session with students at Hughes STEM High School to get them started in our NextGen Builders program. We will spend the school year giving them a taste of what the industry and Danis is like, ending with a tour of one of our current projects. 60 Danis University of Cincinnati alumni and their family members got together for a tailgate and game versus the University of Houston. UC took home a big win with the final score of 34-0! Glad this group got to cheer them to victory! #CollegeFootball

Mental health and suicide can be difficult to discuss, especially with coworkers, but your actions can make a difference. When you work closely with someone, you may notice when something is off. We encourage our employees to pay attention and reach out. A conversation could make all the difference! Another Safety Stand Down at a Raleigh jobsite where we encouraged our employees to ask, "are you okay?" and remind them to reach out to our company Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or the Suicide Crisis Hotline at 988 for mental health resources.
