We are hiring an office manager to start ASAP. This job will be In-office (Roseville. CA) for the first 90 days and then hybrid (remote and on site) after. This is an ideal job for someone who loves working with new families, has excellent administrative and organizational skills and is ambitious, flexible, a good problem solver and great at multi-tasking. This is a job in a start up so the right person will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment that will vary in demands and require them to continue to grow and learn. In the future this job is likely to grow into a leadership position within the company that would be a huge resume boost and opportunity for an ambitious person. We do need skills in insurance billing as well as someone who is a fast learner on web based software such as google workspace, scheduling and billing softwares.
