Once again, Gotta Go driver Donnie Zollman continues to rise to the occasion for the Jeffersonville High School band! On February 22, provided transportation of the band's instruments and equipment to Plainfield (Indiana) High School – which is not the first trip Donnie has taken with JHS. Next up, our big-hearted hero will provide transportation of the precious percussion cargo on March 15. All of us at Dan Cristiani Excavating and Gotta Go are proud of Donnie and grateful for the opportunity to lend a helping hand.

By entering the field, you are part of a growing shift toward more inclusive workplaces. Celebrate this and encourage others to do the same—your presence will inspire future generations of women to consider construction as a viable career path. What’s one misconception about women in construction you'd like to change? One of the biggest misconceptions is that women in construction aren’t as capable or knowledgeable as men—Women bring just as much skill, expertise, and leadership ability to the industry. Whether it's operating heavy machinery, managing multimillion-dollar projects, or excelling in skilled trades, women are proving every day that they belong on job sites, in boardrooms, and everywhere in between. The reality is that diversity in construction leads to stronger teams, better problem-solving, and improved job site culture. The more we challenge outdated stereotypes, the more we open doors for future generations of women in the field. #womeninconstructionweek

A huge and kind gesture from Dan earned my father’s loyalty. He stuck by Dan’s side until retirement in 2023. I decided to join the company and continue paying back what Dan did for our family. What’s one word that describes your experience in construction? Challenging – I enjoy being challenged daily. With over 100 employees and multiple jobs going at the same time, there is not a boring day on my schedule. #womeninconstructionweek
