This initiative marks a major milestone in the implementation of the provisions of Law No. 31.13 on the right of access to information for all institutions indicated in Article 2 of this law. The CDAI, the entity responsible for monitoring the proper application of the right of access to information at the national level, will make this national portal available to these institutions. www.chafafiya.ma portal is intended to be an interactive interface between these institutions and citizens, through the reception and processing of requests for access to information. ??Madame la Ministre Amal EL FALLAH - SEGHROUCHNI , et M. Omar SEGHROUCHNI Président de la Commission du Droit d’Accès à l’Information (CDAI Maroc ) et de la Commission Nationale de contr?le de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP Maroc) ont signé, le mercredi 22 janvier, une convention relative à la cession du Portail de la Transparence, www.chafafiya.ma. Cette initiative marque un jalon majeur dans la mise en ?uvre des dispositions de la loi n°31.13 sur le droit d’accès à l’information pour toutes les institutions indiquées par l’article 2 de cette loi. La CDAI, entité en charge du suivi de la bonne application du droit d’accès à l’information sur le plan national, mettra à disposition de ces institutions ce portail à vocation nationale.
