Check out the latest developments in the case with our client, Hope Rising Community Church.
I am excited for our client, Hope Rising Community Church in Clarion, Pennsylvania, as the United States Department of Justice has submitted a Statement of Interest in our ongoing RLUIPA lawsuit. The law clearly states that communities cannot exclude religious assembly uses from zoning districts if they allow secular assembly uses. We appreciate the support from the Department of Justice in this matter. I anticipate sharing more details about this case in the upcoming months.
