Chartered Accountant with an additional MBA or ICWA/CS qualifications will be preferred, minimum 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing set up preferably from Corporate Office. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. Excellent time-management skills with ability to lead a performing team. Experience in SAP with excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. The roles and responsibilities include: Overseeing all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, Inventory/Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition. Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to management with recommended actions. Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation. Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls, liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary. Coordinate with all functional heads for speedy resolution of all financial issues Financial Planning & Analysis. Preparation of Annual Business Plan and Rolling Forecasts (Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly). Analysis & Reporting of profitability margin at Gross Margin Level, EBIDTA Level and PBT Level for different segments and businesses of the organization. Working capital management and analysis of Bills receivables, Bills Payables, and Inventory positions of the various businesses.
