The DFO is hiring! We are currently looking for a Senior Associate to join our Internal Audit pillar. This team essentially serves as the final safeguard in our organization's risk management framework. This role requires at least five years of experience in Internal Audit and would be reporting directly to the Pillar Head. The person selected for this role for this role will have a strong commitment to objectivity, independence, and truly impartial assessment. The Internal Audit team works holistically across the firm, actively gaining exposure to many different projects, operations, and functions of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain knowledge and unique experience in process improvement initiatives, risk assessments, strategy, and more.

The DFO is hiring! We are looking for an HR Manager to join our People Operations Pillar. This is an exciting role for someone who has at least five years of experience working as an HR Generalist, with ideally some strategic experience. This person would serve as a subject matter expert in employee relations, employee changes/transfers, onboarding, performance, as well as separations. As an evolving, international family office, the DFO requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fluid environment. The DFO is proud to host five interns this summer supporting our family office across, finance/accounting, tax compliance, project management and people operations. Working alongside our teams, our intern class is getting real world experience and supporting the family office’s goals in a meaningful way. We are grateful for their contributions so far and are excited to see what they'll accomplish next!

The DFO is hiring! We are adding a Senior Accounting Associate to join Dalio Philanthropies. This role would entail complex bookkeeping and accounting activities, maintaining general ledgers for tax and financial reporting, performing reviews of accounting transactions and generally overseeing financial projects and processes. Ideally, individuals for this role would be able to manage competing priorities and approach sensitive information in a professional and discreet manner. This is a fantastic opportunity to get experience and gain knowledge within a unique culture, providing personal and professional growth.
