Alan joined Dairyland in early 2019, bringing his expertise as an electrical engineer to help shape key projects like PCRX and Overwatch HEFPD. His contributions were invaluable to our Engineering Department, and he leaves a lasting impact. Alan and his wife are kicking off this exciting new chapter with a trip to Iceland, just one day after his final day at Dairyland. Answer: Neutral Isolator In 1983, Henry invented the Neutral Isolator after he was approached with a specific problem facing local dairy farmers and utility providers. The Neutral Isolator lives on today as the VTNI (Variable Threshold Neutral Isolator), allowing users to isolate the primary neutral from the customer's secondary neutral on dairy farms, while providing simultaneous isolation and grounding.
