We are the first daily nutrition supplement in powder form built for the female menstrual cycle. Our product comes in a two part system consisting of cycle-synced nutrition for the two major high hormone and low hormone phases of the female menstrual cycle. DB1, taken during the first half of the cycle helps to support gut health, balance energy levels and assist with follicular development. DB2, taken during the second half of the cycle helps to decrease excess inflammation, stabilize mood and provide symptom relief.

    Izzy and Sophie founded DailyBasis after battling their own chronic illnesses and symptoms like metabolic illness, irregular periods, and gut issues. Perplexed by the lack of help they received from healthcare providers, and frustrated that no one could pinpoint the causes of their symptoms, Izzy and Sophie took their health into their own hands. Through intensive research they learned that cycle-related hormonal imbalances explained their symptoms, and they began to understand that regulating those imbalances through proper nutrition could lessen the negative impact on their overall health. As they implemented nutrition and lifestyle changes according to their cycle, they soon realized how challenging it was to maintain these changes. They created DailyBasis to provide women an easier way to meet their daily nutritional needs, balance their hormonal cycles, and create optimal long-term health.

Just one serving a day helps to provide micro and macro nutrient support at the right time of the month to help with overall health. DailyBasis is built in a two part system. DailyBasis1, is taken starting on the first day of the menstrual cycle to replenish lost nutrients after menstruation and prepare the body for the upcoming rise in estrogen. DB1 is powerful in supporting gut health, balancing energy levels, and assisting in active follicular development, a critical function during the Follicular phase of the cycle. DailyBasis2 is taken starting on the second day of the menstrual cycle to help support the body's shift from estrogen to progesterone and help the body with its rapid tissue building, a main function of the Luteal phase.
