When selling, boil the sale down to one decision. The call agenda isn’t “to see if you’re a good fit for our program/service” It’s “to decide whether you’d make more money working together than on your own.” Etc. Clarify to ONE decision. And the moment they say yes, close. Credit: AlexHormozi on Twitter/X

Applying for jobs like... **ENTRY LEVEL JOB OPENING:** Hiring recent college grads **REQUIREMENTS:** 5 years of experience, 6 Olympic gold medals, and superpowers. Let's be real - I have been hiring people without experience and they have been crushing it. Shoutout to everyone ready to give a chance! You also needed it when you have just started. Always remember that. _____________ Let's spread this mindset together ??

I've often found there to be 3 really common reasons even the salespeople who think they are listening, aren't actually listening... 1) They're busy thinking of other things while the customer is talking. In a Zoom call this could be the distraction of their own face in the video, in person it could be any and all distractions around them. If you are not 100% actively listening, you're missing out. 2) They busy thinking of what to say next or how to reply. You see this a lot during objections, salespeople are on edge too focused on responding and overcoming. This often means they aren't actually listening. 3) They don't make the customer feel like they've been heard. You could be listening but unless you do things like repeat parts back or ask deeper exploratory questions, they might not feel like you've actually listened. And this is the problem... A lot of people think listening is a "fluffy" thing or a buzz word. Everyone THINKS they're listening. Most aren't actually listening. But when you DO listen... The world of sales really starts to open up. Often sales success doesn't come from what you say. It comes from what you hear. Are you a listener or a talker? Credit: Daniel Disney

10 Signs of Awesome Company Culture: 1. Your boss excitedly tells your team she's taking her son to football practice early on Wednesday afternoons. ? Leadership models work-life balance, showing it's okay to prioritise family without guilt. 2. You hear laughter, often. ? Laughter often signals the team feels safe to be themselves and take risks. 3. Innovation and failures are welcomed, not feared. ? Taking risks and learning from mistakes are seen as essential to growth, not punishable offences. 4. The company handbook is written in simple, plain language. ? Communication is clear, transparent and designed for everyone to understand. 5. Your colleagues come from different backgrounds and nationalities. ? A variety of perspectives help the team approach challenges in unique ways. 6. Meetings start on time. ? Respect for everyone’s time is a fundamental value. 7. Your kids are welcome to drop in at any time. ? Family-friendly policies make work and life feel integrated rather than in conflict. 8. You’re rarely the smartest person in a meeting. ? Talented, smart and capable people are viewed as assets, not threats. 9. Gossip is shut down quickly. ? A culture of respect ensures negativity is dealt with before it spreads. 10. You’re trusted to work from home. ? Trust and flexibility are prioritised over micromanagement. Company culture is not a sentence you write in your employee handbook. It's how your team behaves when no-one's looking. Your strategy might be perfect, but without the right culture, you're dead. What else would you add? ?? Agree? Repost to share. Great leaders defend their team. They stand in front when there's blame and behind when there's praise. I see leaders boasting, “I protect my team.” Yet they let toxic clients walk all over them. That small client request? Leaders know how time-consuming it is. “One last change?” It’s just a polite way of saying, “start all over.” If you’re a true leader, you’ll stand up for your team. Defend them from toxic behaviour. But you’ll do more than that. You’ll protect them from bad habits like: 1. Saying “yes” to everything 2. Ignoring work-life balance 3. Overworking to the point of burnout 4. Letting other team members bully them 5. Skipping out on skill development Real leaders know when to push back. They recognise when their team is drifting off-track. And it’s their job to guide them back. And ultimately turn them into great leaders! Know a good leader? Tag them below. ?? ??
