With 15+ years in the industry, he’s worked alongside top architects like Coore & Crenshaw and Rees Jones, shaping courses across the country. His journey started on the maintenance side while studying Turf and Soil Science at NC State, but after years in course renovations—including a two-year, 18-hole rebuild—he found his true passion in shaping. Now, he’s using his expertise to make every Dail Golf project the best it can be. And he doesn’t do it alone—his loyal sidekick, Birdie, is always by his side! ?? ?? Meet Geoff, the man who started it all! Geoff Dail, President of Dail Golf, brings over 30 years of expertise in managing and maintaining high-end golf facilities. A proud N.C. State graduate and member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America, Geoff has held key roles at private clubs and high-end daily fee facilities, even serving as host superintendent for four Wyndham Championship PGA TOUR events. In 2019, Geoff founded Dail Golf where his name was his reputation. Combining his passion for turf grass management with his expertise in course construction, renovation, and operations, Geoff has built a company that oversees multiple properties across central North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, and Florida, excelling in every aspect of golf and club management. Geoff lives in Pleasant Garden, NC, with his wife Brandy and daughter Kennedy. His leadership and commitment to excellence continue to set the standard in the golf industry. ???
