FM Team, I am pleased to announce the DAF/FM primary and alternate selects for the FY 2025 Defense Civilian Emerging Leader Program (DCELP); ten outstanding individuals from our FM Community were selected. Individuals selected are given a unique opportunity to focus on leader development at the entry level, which establishes a baseline for further growth and development. DCELP offers instruction, experiential learning, and networking opportunities for career progression. Congratulations to the selectees, and I wish them a productive and enjoyable year!
