DAC Robotics also manufactures custom Robotic solutions & designs and implementation of systems to many of the world's most successful industrial (assembly) companies. The ABOT Robotic Box Opening with Automated Decant and Robotic Depalletizing provides industry leading receiving and replenishment solutions for any AMR, ASRS or Conveyor based GTO fulfillment utilizing totes. DAC Robotics supports customers in retail, grocery, eCommerce, omni-channel, pharmacy, electronics, computers, automotive, food & beverage, healthcare, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, military and petroleum. DAC Robotics is a vertically integrated company that designs products, builds fixtures, creates fully automated robotic systems, and custom equipment via Integrators or directly to end users.

This system completely transforms the handling of virtually any item into totes, encompassing various sub-compartment shapes and sizes, all with one ingenious tool. Our primary objective was to design new technology that directly tackles the issue of SKU proliferation in retail.?Our decant technology, which configures the decant tool in real time using high-resolution ABOT metrology (Automated Box Opening Technology), is a testament to our commitment to solving industry challenges. Pre-programming is not required. The all-electric 17-axis system has millions of possible configurations ready to deal with any SKU encountered. Volumetric efficiency in storage is maintained with the ability to select the smallest compartment for safely placing items. No dumping, but careful placement is friendly to any packaging, including glass containers.
