??Once a 19th-century tire factory, Spring Mill Campus has evolved into a vibrant office campus with 125 years of history behind it. When Alliance HP brought us on board, we reimagined the outdated site from top to bottom—consolidating multiple entries into one, refreshing the exteriors and interiors, and honoring its industrial roots with exposed structures, concrete floors, and painted brick. The result? A dynamic workspace that radiates creative energy, urban walkability, and neighborhood charm. ?? Their name—drawn from Montreal’s iconic "Wall of Champions"—reflects precision and innovation, just like our collaboration. ??? What started as a one-floor renovation quickly turned into an incredible journey. With our Interior Design, Environmental Branding, and Engineering studios combined, we’ve transformed entire floors, renovated a 3-story atrium, and added standout features like custom stairs and gender-inclusive restrooms. ?? We had an amazing time at the 11th Annual Orange Run at IFM’s HQ in Malvern, PA! ??♀? ?? From the 5K walk/run to live music, great food, and a lively happy hour, it was a night to remember. Best of all, the event supported The Breathing Room Foundation and Cure4Cam Childhood Cancer Foundation in their fight against childhood cancer.
