DC Volunteer Lawyers Project helps DC residents experiencing domestic violence secure ERPOs when their abusers pose a risk to themselves or others; a crucial legal tool to keep survivors of domestic violence safe. Our Supervising Attorney, Tara Zeiss, represents survivors in both ERPO and Civil Protection Order cases, ensuring they have the legal support they need.
