At D R Allen & Son Inc, we're looking for a Sr. Maintenance Technician to apply their expertise and technical knowledge to ensure our equipment runs at peak efficiency. If you're an experienced technician who thrives on solving complex problems, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for! ?? Key Responsibilities: ?? Maintain and troubleshoot automated production equipment (including 480V 3-phase motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, hydraulic systems, and more). ?? Install and rebuild equipment with precision and safety, using tools and measuring devices. ?? Perform metal fabrication, welding, and structural steel repairs (stick welding). ?? Test and ensure all repairs are done safely and correctly. ?? Keep your work area safe, organized, and fully stocked for the next task! ?? Requirements: ?? 5-7 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience (hydraulic and PLC systems knowledge a plus). ?? Metal fabrication skills (stick welding & structural steel experience preferred). ?? Able to work at heights up to 80ft and in confined spaces when needed. ??
