Detroit Edibles and Cannalicious Labs are looking for an experienced and driven ?????????????????? ?????????????????????? to join our team! This position would be working full-time in our office in Novi, MI. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives. This position will report directly to the Director of Sales. ?????? ????????????????????????????????: ? Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, both online and offline. ? Create, edit, and proofread marketing materials, including emails, social media posts, brochures, and presentations. ? Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content. ? Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities, including logistics and on-site support. ? Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Sparkplug, Power BI, and our CRM software. ? Maintain the company’s marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns. ? Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visuals for marketing initiatives. ? Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. ? Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure quality and alignment with objectives. ? Support the sales team with materials, presentations, and lead generation initiatives. ????????????????????????????: ? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ? 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role. ? Proficiency in marketing tools such as social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools. ? Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Creativity and a keen eye for detail. ?
