Raleigh City Council has voted to permanently close one block of South Street between South Dawson and South McDowell streets and a portion of Lenoir Street to make way for a new amphitheater across from the current venue. Everyone says the construction industry is small and tonight was evidence of this fact. Two years ago I decided to mentor with ACE Mentor San Diego. Tonight I went to my first ACE Mentor Program of Raleigh / Durham mentor meeting. I turned my head only to find one of my fellow ACE SD mentors there with me. Shocked can only begin to describe it. So excited to continue my ACE journey!!
