Last week, our skilled tradespeople worked hard, safely, and swiftly to replace rooftop units at Four Winds Casino. Time was of the essence to meet our customer's needs, and utilizing a helicopter to remove and place the units proved critical to maintaining operations. Field leadership, safety, and a strong relationship with our customer were key drivers of this lift’s success. Each team flawlessly executed their part of the lift, ensuring a safe working environment and efficient operation. The real work began once the units were in place, as our team and subcontractors diligently worked to get these units up and running, enhancing the gaming experience for the customer’s guests. A big thank you to our hard-working field team, field leadership, safety crew, Four Winds Casino, Fair Lifts/Siller, and Ibid for a successful and safe lift.

Trimble Dimensions Conference This week, our team had the incredible opportunity to attend the Trimble Dimensions conference! It was a fantastic event filled with learning and growth. Our team dived deep into topics like estimating, accounting, human resources, reporting, and even artificial intelligence. Beyond the knowledge gained, we also had amazing networking opportunities, connecting with vendors and industry peers who share our common challenges. These interactions are invaluable as they help us stay ahead in our field. At D.A. Dodd, we are committed to equipping our employees with the best tools and knowledge to better serve our company and our customers.
