March is Women's History Month! Throughout the month, we’re celebrating the incredible women shaping the foodservice and produce industry. Today, we recognize Brittany Grolnick, Sales at D'Arrigo California! ??What does success in the produce industry look like to you? What are you most proud of? ??Having strong relationships with customers and fellow employees. I have been blessed to work with so many great people throughout my career, from customers and growers to my own teammates. They are what make this industry so valuable. ??What would you tell young female leaders who are just starting to work? What would you like them to know? ??Don’t be afraid to ask for help. There are so many mentors that are eager to help and teach, and SO much to learn. Learn by doing and absorb everything. ??Who inspires you or has been a mentor to you, and why? ??My fellow coworkers and working moms inspire me every day. Amy Rose and Gabriella Besaw are two of them. We are in this every day, juggling the work-life balance, and they do it seamlessly. It’s really inspiring to me, and being in this together is priceless.
