This award is given to an outstanding individual whose unwavering commitment to our mission to eliminate health disparities and build an inclusive community for all people of color with CF and ensuring every person affected by CF can lead a life filled with health and purpose is marked by a deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in their leadership endeavors. Ashley has supported the CF Foundation for years as a Great Strides team leader, in 2023, she joined the Finest program as an honoree and nominated five for the program last year. The Western New York Chapter - Rochester Office Grampions Award goes to Dolly Kujawa! Dolly has supported the CF Foundation as a long-time Great Strides team leader. Dolly has a grandson and great granddaughter living with CF. A new CFTR modulator treatment called Alyftrek was approved in December for people with CF ages 6 and older who have CFTR mutations that are eligible for Trikafta, as well as 31 other rare mutations that have not been approved previously for any other CFTR modulator. #MissionMonday
