Carsten Schneider, Managing Director for Germany, showcased our FRA7 heat re-use project - developed?before?German legislation, proving our commitment to sustainability, innovation, and building data centers that give back to the community. Mark Moloney, Sustainability Director, participated in a panel on 2025 reporting requirements, discussing how regulations impact day-to-day operations and what’s still needed to improve energy management. Emma Fryer, Director, Public Policy, Europe, joined the The European Data Centre Association - EUDCA?workshop to discuss navigating regulations and their role in building sustainable digital infrastructure in Europe. A big shout-out to our team members, Aashna Puri, Katherine Mustard, Sarah Wade, and Calum Blair, for leading important discussions on advancing our industry's environmental goals. It was a great chance to meet, collaborate, and discuss how we can drive real change together. In celebration of both Women's History Month and Women in Construction Week, our team recently hosted the 7x24 Exchange DC Chapter of Women in Critical Operations for an engaging facility tour. Approximately 40 women from across our industry explored one of our Northern Virginia data centers, gaining insights into our operations and infrastructure while networking with fellow professionals in the field. Led by Dan Moore, David Johnson, Adam Kennedy, and Sarah Vlasic, PMP, the tour showcased our security systems, infrastructure, cooling solutions, power systems, and sustainability initiatives.
