We provide our B2B clients with a platform on which gamified online business simulations can be set up to their specific context and used for training and assessing employees for managerial roles. We combine the cutting edge of tech (GenAI, analytics, machine learning) with links to business strategy and academically sound organizational psychology principles. We have two of the largest employers in India as our clients among others, and we are anticipating aggressive growth this year We are looking for a 5-7 year experienced QA Lead with the below skills – Technical skills - * Hands-on experience in Selenium/Playwright, preferably with C# for Test Automation * Agile/Scrum environment experience in Manual Testing, participating in sprint planning, managing sprints, and independently creating test plans. * Proficient in Jira for Defect Tracking, logging, monitoring, and managing software issues * Experience in Cloud Testing using tools like BrowserStack, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD tools. * Experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks for web services and microservices in API *Testing (RESTful, SOAP) using tools like Postman, Rest-Assured, Rest-Sharp * Thorough knowledge and active participation in SDLC and STLC, including requirement analysis and design reviews * Proficient in executing database queries and data validation for Database Testing (SQL) * Proven experience maintaining functionality integrity during code changes in Regression Testing * Commitment to staying updated with the latest testing methodologies and tools, preferably with knowledge in C# * Knowledge of AWS CodePipeline is an advantage. Other skills - * Managing small teams * Effective communication for collaboration with cross-functional teams * Ability to analyse requirements, identify test scenarios, troubleshoot, and ensure high-quality software in Analytical and Problem-Solving * Domain knowledge in edtech software is an advantage.
