Today’s an exciting day for the plastic circular economy! ?? A final investment decision has been reached for our first Cyclyx Circularity Center (CCC) in collaboration with ExxonMobil and LyondellBasell. This unique facility will have the capacity to process hard-to-recycle plastic waste to produce 300 million pounds of plastic feedstock per year. “Cyclyx is proud to be an innovator and enabler for unlocking plastic’s potential,” said Joseph Vaillancourt, CEO of Cyclyx. Recently, Cyclyx partnered with the Plastics Industry Association (PLASTICS), Friends of Woodland Park, and Keep Houston Beautiful to participate in a cleanup event during the Association's National Plastics Conference in Houston, Texas. We thank Berry Global, Inc. for generously donating the plastic bags used for collection. With our science-based #CyclyxSolutions, 51 bags of plastic waste will be placed on a recycling pathway! The power behind our 10to90 all-plastic collection programs originates in our Cyclyx Circularity Lab (CCL), located in Portsmouth, NH. We test hundreds of plastic waste samples every year to continuously grow the Cyclyx database with new analysis information and insights.
