Introducing Chapter 5 of the Robotics Startup Playbook: Go-to-Market Strategies It’s widely recognized that tech startups —from #Robotics, #SaaS, #Biotech and #Deeptech — typically face a go-to-market (GtM) chasm when moving from prototype to early adopter customers as they strive to confirm initial product-market fit (PMF). With pure software startups, the first chasm tends to be crossed through a continuous process of product refinement and customer expansion from there. Why is it so different for #Robotics companies? Because when complex hardware is involved, a subtle second chasm becomes much more distinct. We fondly refer to this as the “Robotics Double Chasm”. Chapter 5 addresses the key challenges and considerations of these two chasms within the Robotics PMF journey as well as specific, actionable strategies for success (including early marketing, customer pipeline development, and much more).
