Hi! I’m Nellie, I’m not exactly sure how old I am. My pawrents adopted me from Mississippi in 2020, and they were told I was 1, but my vet thought I might be about 3, so I'm probably 7(ish). I have a cat brother, Cosmo, and a human brother, Nate, and they both drive me crazy… but I love them… don’t tell them! My favorite foods are chicken, steak, bacon, and peanut butter, but I’m usually not allowed to have any of them. Thankfully, Nate leaves his plates close to the ground, and I can easily get some of his food. I love to get belly rubs from anyone willing to give them. My dreams would come true if I could finally catch a squirrel, but I’m starting to think it may never happen. I’m goofy and full of energy when I’m outside but I love relaxing and sleeping around the house too! I’m really the goodest girl! As a senior, he’s learned to enjoy life at a relaxed pace, though he still bursts into playful zoomies for a few joyful minutes...occasionally. Austin isn’t a fan of rain, but you can often find him soaking up the sun during his favorite pastime: sunbathing. His favorite food? Salmon, of course! With the end of daylight saving time, I hope you were able to use the extra hour for more sleep. Don’t forget that, along with the clocks in your home, your body clock also needs to adjust. One way to speed that along is to get outdoor light in the morning, since sunlight helps regulate our circadian rhythms. Hopefully the extra sleep can help you figure out how to change the time on your microwave. If not, if you leave it until March 9, 2025, it will have the right time again. ?
This is Tai. He’s a Norwegian Forester Maine Coon Mix and is about 14 years old. As a former stray, Tai lived a rough life. Having lost part of his ear to frostbite, he couldn’t be more grateful to have a happy home. Tai is very affectionate and loves being around people.
