Darius Dagys, Head of AI Labs at CyberCare, shared four key lessons on optimizing customer service with large language models at the Verslo ?inios conference. If you missed it, here’s a quick recap from our hands-on experience: ?? Assess your needs. Is an LLM the right fit? There are different options to automate processes, so don't forget to evaluate all of them. ?? Data sources matter. Ensure high-quality databases as they will determine the quality of answers generated by LLMs. ?? Create different specialized bots by query type. Dedicated bots can improve response accuracy, efficiency, and user satisfaction. ?? Continuously observe, evaluate, and adjust. Monitoring performance and improving as you go is key. In general, you can anticipate the need to be flexible and take some risks. Even though LLMs are already being used at customer service with good success, all of us who work on CS automation, we're all still learning to apply it to specific use cases and ensure that the bots only say what we want them to say. We'll get there!
