The Cyber Security Forum Initiative (CSFI) is a non-profit organization headquartered in Omaha, NE and in Washington DC with a mission "to provide Cyber Warfare awareness, guidance, and security solutions through collaboration, education, volunteer work, and training to assist the US Government, US Military, Commercial Interests, and International Partners." CSFI was born out of the collaboration of dozens of experts, and today CSFI is comprised of a large community of nearly 81000 Cyber Security and Cyber Warfare professionals from the government, military, private sector, and academia. Our amazing members are the core of all of our activities, and it is for them that we are pushing forward our mission. CSFI is founded on 3 main pillars supporting our mission: Collaboration, Knowledge-Sharing, and Training/Education. Our collaboration efforts have helped to break down stovepipes and "closed networks" that exists inside government and industry to enable greater information sharing and increased capabilities. Complimentary to our collaboration efforts, CSFI is engaged in creating Cyber Warfare training materials to promote a stronger background for our men and women in uniform and also throughout the DOD community. CSFI is in a unique position to attract some of the foremost Cyber Warfare Strategists, Hackers, and Intelligence Professionals to develop high caliber training on a topic that has yet to be fully defined let alone explored and explained.

Elena will analyze developments in cybersecurity law, advocate for?effective?legal frameworks, and promote legal education in cyberspace through various events. She will also collaborate with experts and institutions to ensure our CSFI content is current, practical, and compliant with EU and global?standards while supporting?our Cyber Security Forum Initiative (CSFI) mission.????? ?? ??????????????????: Elena Lazar graduated from the University of Bucharest Law Faculty in 2010 and the Franco-Romanian College at Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She holds Master’s degrees in International and European Business Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and Private Law from the University of Bucharest. In 2015, she earned her Doctor of Law (magna cum laude) in Human Rights from the University of Bucharest, where she also completed a postdoctoral degree in 2019. She pursued a postdoctoral internship in New Technologies Law at the University of Paris Panthéon Assas in?2020. She?attended the ASSER Institute’s Winter Academy on Artificial Intelligence and International Law in 2021. ?? ???????????????????????? ????????????????: Elena Lazar is an associate professor at the University of Bucharest Law Faculty, where she teaches Public International Law, European Internet Law, and Data Privacy and Security. She also lectures on digital law at Université catholique de Lille. As a recognized expert, she has contributed to the Council of Europe on human trafficking and constitutional court human rights decisions. She is also an Eurojust expert in the EuroMed Justice program, focusing on e-evidence and data protection. She is the executive editor of the Romanian Journal of International Law,?executive director of the Centre for International and Transnational Law Studies, and a national member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in ?????? ??????????. She is affiliated with The Siracusa International Institute for Criminal Justice and Human Rights.
