Ever been embarrassed by a tiny typo? It’s amazing how one little apostrophe can turn your message upside down! I once missed a comma on a client's letterhead, and it almost made it to print. Talk about a potential face-palm moment! Details really do matter. Punctuation isn’t just about grammar—it ensures your words convey exactly what you intend. In this case, haste could have literally made waste. That experience was a sharp reminder: "Measure twice, cut once." Double-checking your work isn't just meticulous; it's crucial. It prevents major misunderstandings and ensures that your communication not only hits the mark but also reinforces the sharp, reliable image you’ve worked so hard to build.

"Old keys won't open new doors." When we rebranded, we never anticipated the connections we would make as we opened the door to our updated brand. Recently, we had the opportunity to meet Miriam Nabinger (Mina), a dynamic accessibility coach. Since embracing our multigenerational niche, we've been actively upping our accessibility game. Mina illuminated how we, as designers, can further push the boundaries of what's possible with accessible web design and be more innovative with our website work. Stepping into the unknown can feel unsettling, but it’s a solid way to unlock fresh opportunities. We often talk about the need for flexibility and embracing new paths. The journey forward is rarely a straight line. Not every door we open leads to immediate success, but every attempt, whether a failure or a triumph, propels us forward. It’s about being courageous enough to give something a go, even when it’s scary. I don't know who needs to hear this today, but trying a new key might open the door you've been looking for. #Innovation #Growth #Flexibility #NewBeginnings #Courage #Accessibility #WebDesign #AccessibleWebDesign

Witnessing the dynamic growth of NephCure’s Patient Summit year after year is truly inspiring. From the increasing diversity of attendees to groundbreaking clinical trials, it’s clear this event is pivotal in the rare kidney disease community. Collaborating on the branding and event materials has been a profoundly rewarding experience. It was an honor to work with the amazing NephCure team on this special project, and we look forward to continuing to support their impactful work in the future.

You’d think by your 5th Patient Summit you’d have gotten used to the cadence of these conferences. Instead of a routine annual event, the only word I can use to summarize my experience: growth. Growth in the number and diversity of attendees, innovations, clinical trials, pharmaceutical companies eager to find new treatment options, and expert doctors in the field. It’s all reached new heights.? ? I’ve felt like I’ve had a front row seat watching NephCure evolve as the rare kidney disease field expands seemingly at the speed of light over the past few years. On a personal note, it’s led to a lot of professional opportunities. My first Patient Summit I was the photographer, now I’m hiring and overseeing separate videography and photography teams to capture essential content for our?overarching strategy. I get to collaborate with a talented group of designers, CWP Design, in order to come up?with?the perfect branding,?signage, and program book. The cherry on top this year was receiving positive feedback from pharma partners and the patient community about our newly designed website! It’s hard to believe this event and the website launch happened the same week.

The future is now.?We have long been advocates for building brands that bridge generations, focusing on shared values in lieu of age brackets.?As society evolves, marketing strategies need to evolve in tandem in order for brands to stay competitive.

Color plays a pivotal role in how viewers experience design— for better or worse, depending on visual perceptual abilities. Accessible color palettes enhance readability and usability, enabling your message to reach a more diverse audience. A nonprofit formerly known as?Encore.org?recently rebranded itself as CoGenerate, an intergenerational force that empowers social change. They needed a web design partner who understood their updated mission: older and younger generations coming together to solve problems, bridge divides, and co-create the future. We felt deep alignment with their mission and were honored to work with them on this project. Thank you to Sarah Gibson and the entire CoGenerate team for the kind words and valued partnership! “CWP quickly demonstrated not only an understanding of the intergenerational work our organization does, but a passion for it. They provided a bold, new design, accompanied by great copy. They also ran everything by accessibility experts, which was important to us. They were a pleasure to work with and felt more like a new arm of our communications team than external consultants.” -Sarah Gibson, Director of Storytelling & Media CoGenerate (Formerly Encore.org) #CWPDesign #GraphicDesign #AccessibleDesign #Testimonials #IntergenerationalWork?

We recently wrote a blog on pop culture and how some themes resonate with multiple generations.?Included in the blog was a special shout-out to Taylor Swift who we deemed "a cross-generational force unto herself."?What do you think of this year's pick for TIME's Person of the Year?
