As we celebrate National Older Workers Week, we wanted to share new survey results from CWI Labs to highlight the challenges older job seekers face. 59% believe their age is a hiring obstacle, and only 21% are optimistic about finding a job within six months. However, 92% of workers over 50 are eager to learn new skills, including digital ones. It's time to recognize the value of experience and combat ageism in the workplace.
