BLACK HAWK COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT, MercyOne, Peoples Community Health Clinic and UnityPoint Health are releasing a community health survey to obtain the public’s input on health needs, gaps, and existing community strengths. All adults that live, work, or visit Black Hawk County are encouraged to fill out the confidential, anonymous survey by clicking the following this link: https://lnkd.in/gk_8az-Y or scanning the QR code. We are excited to announce our community partners for FY2025-2026! These investments, totaling over $1.3 million , will support 62 programs at 39 local non-profit organizations dedicated to improving the quality of life for residents throughout the Cedar Valley area. Investments were chosen by Community Impact Team (CIT) volunteers in each of the focus areas after reviewing submitted applications, as well as looking at data addressing community needs to determine how Cedar Valley United Way could make the largest impact with dollars raised, ensuring donors’ hard-earned dollars are put to work where needed most.
