Founded in 2004, our mission is to provide the best cardiovascular care available through patient education, a unique approach to team-oriented medical solutions, quality care, and state-of-the-art technology in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular disease. As a leader in cardiovascular medicine with four offices strategically located throughout the Phoenix East Valley, we are dedicated to providing integrated cardiovascular, electrophysiology and peripheral vascular services. Our research department, in collaboration with other experts in the field of cardiovascular disease, participates in leading-edge research studies that give us first-hand knowledge in proven best care and treatment options. Nine CVAM physicians specialize in interventional, invasive, noninvasive cardiology as well as electrophysiology and peripheral vascular services. To help meet our patient needs, CVAM utilizes six advanced practice providers working as a team with our physicians. Alphonse Ambrosia, DO, David Bell, DO, Amy Daliman, DO, Alan Grossman, MD, Panagiotis Panotopoulos, MD, Victor Sein, DO, Z. David Skloven, MD, Suzanne Sorof, MD are our cardiologists. Andrew Kaplan, MD is our electrophysiologist. Our services feature a Heart Rhythm Center, which includes a Device/Pacemaker Clinic, a Coumadin Clinic, a Congestive Heart Failure Clinic, a Venous Ablation Lab, echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, cardiac testing, stress testing, nuclear medicine, clinical research, and a blood lab.
