Given your understanding of ATS and how it works, what would be your primary focus when writing your CV / resume to combat the systems? ?? How do I structure my interview answers? ?? Follow the ???????? ???????????? to shine during the process. 1. Situation ?? ? Set the scene for your example by highlighting the company and your job title at the time. Quickly explain the issue that you had to face, if you were part of a team etc. 2. Task ?? ? What were YOU asked to do in order to overcome the issue. Provide a little more context if needed. 3. Action ?? ? This is the most important part of the answer. Focus on what YOU did in the moment, not so much your team (if that applies). Look at WHO you engaged with, HOW you approached the task, skills you may have used and WHY you did what you did. 4. Result ?? ? This is the outcome of your action. It's usually positive i.e. you achieved the task, but if it wasn't, look at what you may do differently or learned in that moment.
