It's been awhile since my last update on the Boynton Gateway project and I'm proud to say it's because the team has had their heads down, focused on putting in the work every single day together. The Main Lobby and Amenity Floor finishes are all substantially complete and MEP Commissioning has commenced. NFPA Testing to date has gone off without a hitch, which is a testament to the hard work and skillset that our subcontractor trade partners have put in over the last 2+ years. Exterior sidewalks are just about wrapped up and site landscaping activities are in full swing - the first tree delivery arrived this morning. As we enter the final few weeks of the project, I'm incredibly grateful for the collective team's efforts to continue pushing the pace as we approach our Final TCO Inspection with the City of Somerville, MA.
