Custom Air Handling Solutions (CAHS) offers a full design and manufacturing solution for ladders, walkways, stairs, handrails, jib cranes, etc. as seen below this 55,000 CFM unit will have (3) Lab fans on top and the mechanical engineer wanted to make sure they had a safe way to access and service those fans. A successful installation for an industrial manufacturer with our CAHS 2” all AL semi-Custom AHU’s, which all passed a 1% leakage at 10” E.S.P pressure test. This project provided the owner a turnkey solution including 4 outdoor DOAS units with controllable wrap-around heat pipes, fixed plate energy recovery, and custom built all AL access platforms. Custom Air Handling is What We Do! Yesterday at CAHS, (3) 63,350 CFM all-aluminum DOAS units underwent factory testing. All units passed at 12” of static with less than 1/4% leakage! These DOAS units feature fan arrays with sound attenuation, humidifiers, Custom Energy Loop high-performance precool/preheat and reheat coils, and UV in the chilled water section. #AirHandling #FactoryTesting #HVAC
