New in our portfolio: Step inside the new ImagineIF Libraries branch in Bigfork, Montana, a place where the imagination takes center stage. This 6,000 sq. ft. former church hall was re-envisioned as a place of exploration and discovery for people of all ages. The vision for the project acknowledges that, in many ways, libraries serve as a bridge in their communities — a bridge between people, generations, technology, and learning. Our Cushing Terrell team recently celebrated the new home of the Billings Federal Credit Union on King Avenue in Billings, Montana. Mallory Johnson led our team working with Jones Construction, Inc. to complete this beautiful 3,000 sq. ft. ground up project. The project brings ATM drive-up access and member services to the west end for Billings Federal Credit Union. The building interior utilizes innovative technologies such as Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) instead of a traditional teller line. From concept to completion: Nestled in a vibrant, walkable area of East Austin on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, the Ferdinand is a testament to sustainability and wellness in building design. The onset of the pandemic during the design phase provided unique opportunities to incorporate solutions that promote occupant health, safety, and well-being in the context of a post-pandemic workplace. This reiterated the importance of air quality, access to outdoor spaces, and occupant comfort, which became foundational elements of the design.
