Think more creatively by applying AI and engineering methods to human thought.

关于我们

Our Reflective AI ? uses increasingly insightful questioning to help users think more deeply. We use AI to prompt humans, rather than using humans to prompt AI. Our first use case is to help companies solve one of the most profound problems they face, articulating “why” what they do matters. With the rise of generative AI, there is a dramatic increase in mediocre content. As extraordinary as Generative AI is, it can’t see the invisible, imagine, or dream. That’s still up to us.

Diversity of thought and perspective is essential for innovation, especially in a field like AI. Building a team with diverse backgrounds and experiences, particularly in a traditionally male-dominated industry, can provide a unique edge and drive truly groundbreaking work. It's not just about checking boxes; it's about recognizing the inherent value that different perspectives bring to the table. #purpose #diversity #culture #perspective #innovation

The smartest business advice I have ever been given was by a woman-hero and investor of mine. I idolized her. She was a lead VC investor in a former company of mine and she believed in me and I believed in her and she said the following: "Stephen there are only three things you need to do to be a great CEO 1. Create a purpose driven, values based vision people can believe in, not some BS like being #1 in xyz market or a cliche or something off of a poster, then repeat it over and over and over and over again until you want to kill yourself from the monotony and boredom, because that is what it takes to communicate a profound vision 2. Create an operating culture that encourages risk. Don't say it, do it. Because if people are afraid to make mistakes they won't take risks and what they will do is try and minimize the possibility of making mistakes and the only way to do that is to A. Play it safe B. Do nothing at all and pretend they're working or C. Play politics and take credit for things they didn't do or blame others for the mistakes they did make 3. Hire people way smarter than you. And make sure they hire people way smarter than them. And make sure those people hire people way smarter than them-- all the way down-- like turtles. Then let them do their jobs" There you have it. Those three simple and profound rules are not taught at the Harvard Business School and yet, they are fully strategic, operational, and easily transferable -- and they can level up your game in an instant ******************************************************************************** Curiouser.AI is a majority women company, not because it's cool, or because of DEI, but because in the tech and AI industry, there are a lot of smart and hard-working people, BUT there is often a lack of unique perspective and positive culture (if you don't want a make locker room as an office!). So people look the same and come from the same schools-- but by seeing things differently, you don't even need a moat. No one will understand what you're doing anyway, until they get hit with it in the face curiouser.ai

The Worst Sales Pitch You’ve Ever Received Could Change Someone’s Life Some of us on LinkedIn have been batting around an idea What if we raised a fund to help people on LinkedIn who are struggling to find work—especially families with children? Times are tough, and there’s a lot of quiet suffering happening right now Here’s the idea: We all get a zillion sales pitches, right? And some of them are hilarious. I mean, truly ridiculous, outrageous, and downright bizarre What if we turned them into something meaningful? We’ll ask as many people as possible to submit the most absurd, cringeworthy, or laugh-out-loud sales pitches they’ve ever received (don’t worry, we’ll remove names so no one gets embarrassed We’ll take the pitches and compile them into a beautifully designed anthology called: “The Best Worst Sales Pitches of All Time” — Published by the LinkedIn Community We’ll sell the anthology for $10 across LinkedIn and other social platforms—100% word of mouth, 100% community-driven And every single dollar we raise we will donate to people in need. We’ll set up a process to ensure it’s done properly, legally, and fairly We’re thinking of calling this “The Wonderland Fund”—but maybe you have an even better name Let’s take something bad (terrible sales pitches) and turn them into something good (real help for real people) Let’s try and help people. It really is rough out there for so many people What do you think? Would you contribute? Would you help spread the word?. Or shoot me a DM Thank you ?? #TheBestWorstPitches #AIForGood #LinkedInCommunity #terriblepitches

Consider this: our brain is like a muscle, and it needs to be exercised. We would never think to take a physical GPT to the gym and watch it do our workout for us. ?????? Yes, technically, we've had our "assistant" handle our activity, but what have we really gained? Just as our bodies require physical exertion to grow stronger, our minds need intellectual challenges to develop and thrive. Relying solely on AI to perform tasks without engaging our own critical thinking diminishes our capacity for growth and innovation. ?? Alice was designed from the ground up to do the opposite. Rather than making things easier, Alice makes them more challenging —in the best possible way. Acting as a thought partner, Alice encourages users to think deeply, question assumptions, and explore new possibilities. ?? www.curiouser.ai #Brain #BrainGym #AI #Thinking #DeepThinking #CriticalThinking #ProblemSolving #AItools #AIcommunity #InnovationCommunity #CreativeCommunity #TechCommunity #FutureIsNow #DigitalTransformation

Imagine a company that doesn't write its Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions in a hideous, obnoxious, sneaky, gobbledygook, hodgepodge, mumbo jumbo, opaque, devious, underhanded, and insulting way?. I'm the CEO and I HATE HATE HATE HATE THAT. This may be the greatest marketing idea of all time if for no other reason than I am unaware of anyone who has ever done it -- and shocker, it's honest! Several of our wonderful customers have asked me to explain our privacy policy. What is it we do with your data? WE DO NOTHING So what we are doing, right here, right now, is rewriting our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy in English, and we are turning them into blogs! Isn't that crazy? You can read our policies! In English. No fancy footwork or head fakes! How crazy is that? Here are the links to both blogs ******************************************************************************** Curiouser.AI is a Humanity First AI company that has designed a new kind of AI we call Reflective AI. It is the only AI in the world created to help users think more deeply, be more creative, and augment, not automate your skills. We don't want to turn the world into prompt engineers or task monkeys. We want to elevate all of so we can all define our own limits curiouser.ai https://lnkd.in/gkui36jT https://lnkd.in/gsxpMitV

I was asked this question on a DM which I really appreciate and I did my best to explain myself. I do not pretend to have all the answers. The more I learn the more I realize I don't know BUT I do believe that what I am talking about is important, that many experts out there are exploiting FOMO for business, all saying the same things, and that most real AI applications are either a waste of time or are dumbing you down while making you faster. Even the Microsoft CEO agrees. Here's the question and here is my response about Curiouser.AI and Alice and our philosophy Hey Stephen, many thanks for connecting! Curious that on one hand you are calling out all AI companies, saying that they are selling shiny lies. On the other, you are leading Curiouser AI yourself. What according to you is the best use case of AI (if you have to talk about it generically) and how your company is propelling that use case? Apologies if these questions seem direct. Sometimes my curiosity gets the better of me.(Edited) MY RESPONSE Stephen Klein sent the following messages at 10:17 AM View Stephen’s profile Stephen Klein? ??10:17 AM That's a GREAT question. In truth, specifically, I am calling out Open AI as the perpetrator of what I consider to be ill-intentions. That's along story. I believe that Anthropic and Perplexity are well-intentioned as is xAI. But what I do NOT like about any of them and why I believe this phase of AI that I call AI 1.0 will go the way of the dinosaur is that they are ALL pushing one use case: task automation. You can call it research, content generation, or whatever, they are all at a First Principles level deconstructing the office work into factory-like tasks and micro-tasks and in reality I believe dumbing people down, catalyzing mediocrity, and hurting people's careers. While there are surely repetitive tasks in daily office life, this completely ignores the idea of thinking critically, being more creative, brainstorming new ideas. In short I do not believe that thinking is a task that can be automated. It can be augmented. And I believe it's a lie when the industry says, "We can save you time so you have more time to think and be more creative." You can not draw a clean line between many activities and thinking. We think when we create emails. We think when we write blogs. We think when we conduct research. I believe an AI, like ours and I think others will be doing this soon, and I believe this is where Mira Murati's new company will go, it to rather than give quick responses to queries, forcing us into query engines, an AI like our's can ask questions, challenge users and help people think more critically, be more creative and do what they do better, not just faster. In a way and this is why investors don't want to support us. For me it's the "think with you, not for you," "augmentation not automation" "make your work, better not faster" approach. Does that make sense? So appreciate the question
