With over three decades of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, Chad is a seasoned professional who understands the intricacies of the business from both the front-of-house and the back-of-house. Chad’s journey in the industry began at the young age of twelve, working at a family resort in Northern Minnesota. Over the years, he has honed his expertise in golf course operations, sports bars, private events, and fine dining establishments. Prior to joining Bon Appétit, he worked in fine dining Italian cuisine, where his dedication to excellence afforded him to opportunity to travel to Italy to further his culinary studies—an experience that deepened his appreciation for authentic, high-quality foodservice operations.
