  • ?? CuraLinc is excited to announce several promotions, effective March 1! Andrew Schoen has been promoted to Associate Product Manager. Andrew is the definition of a team player.?He is the first to offer to help a teammate in need and consistently demonstrates his own willingness to learn and adapt by actively seeking feedback on how best to refine his approach. His collaborative spirit and dedication to understanding user needs will serve him well in his new role. Michelle Elizabeth Matthews, PMP, CSPO has been promoted to Scrum Master. Michelle is a “go-to” player who consistently exceeds expectations and proactively identifies and resolves blockers. She fosters a highly efficient and collaborative team environment by leveraging her servant leadership and keen eye for process improvement. Her ability to lead through ambiguity while enforcing adherence to "just enough" process will guide her in her new role. Natacha Anderson LMHC, LCPC, BC-TMH has been promoted to Associate Clinical Director. Natacha has been an invaluable member of the CuraLinc team, having started her journey with us many years ago as a Care Advocate. She later advanced to our coaching team, where she delivered virtual coaching sessions and text therapy. Natacha’s exceptional leadership abilities and innovative problem-solving skills were evident when she was promoted to Team Leader. Her combination of clinical expertise, leadership and client-facing experience make her an ideal fit for this well-deserved promotion. Kaitlyn Pfiester has been promoted to Senior Content Writer. Kaitlyn was promoted for her strong teamwork and dedication to the writing team, consistent and meticulous copy-editing skills and proactive attitude in improving content quality. She has the exceptional ability to spot an Oxford comma at 500 feet and also excelled at taking the lead on the Work-Life Toolkit, one of the most complex toolkits the Communications team has created. Kaitlyn Blizniuk has been promoted to Work-Life Consultant. Kaitlyn has been a high performer since the day she joined CuraLinc. She goes above and beyond on every task. She is a team player and is always willing to help when needed. She is open to learning new skills and tasks. She makes sure client needs are met! She has a passion for helping others, and her new role will allow her to grow within the company and use her skills and expertise in a different way.
