The New Jersey Chapter of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) supports the purpose of CUPA-HR to provide global leadership to the higher education human resources profession and the higher education community by offering essential knowledge, resources, and connections that enhance individual and institutional capacity and competitiveness.
