Being a filmmaker I have been fortunate to work with many inspiring individuals. One of them being UFC Champion, George St. Pierre on a production for Heart & Soil. What I learned from GSP is to be relentlessly curious, work harder at killing your ego than anything else, find discipline in your craft, and do not to be driven by the results. Lastly, be a good, empathetic person. GSP carries himself with class and a present mindfullness everywhere he goes. During our production every piece of direction I would give he would listen with intensity then we would collaborate to create what I was looking for. I have never worked with someone who's effort was always maxed out regardless of what he was doing. It was clear to me he put the same effort into our production as he did defending his title.
