  • To conclude the spring semester, CRES welcomed Geoffrey Regnery, Global Head of Investor Relations at Harrison Street. Geoff discussed the intricacies of securing institutional capital on a global scale and highlighted emerging trends within alternative real estate sectors.   • Join us tomorrow as we welcome Geoff Regnery, Partner and Global Head of Investor Relations at Harrison Street. Mr. Regnery is a Senior Managing Director of Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, LLC and serves on its Executive & Investment Committees. He is responsible for overseeing all investor relations including current investors as well as expanding the company's institutional capital relationships. Mr. Regnery has been involved with raising more than $8.0 billion of discretionary capital and also works on the development of new product/sector initiatives for the firm. Mr. Regnery has been with the company since its inception in September 2005 and was previously a Senior Vice President in the transactions group where he was responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and closing transactions and venture relationships totaling more than $1.0 billion of gross real estate value within the firm's areas of specialty real estate. He received his B.A. from Denison University, is a Six Sigma Green Belt and is also an active member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), Urban Land Institute and The Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE).   • Join us TONIGHT as we welcome Joe Dunne, Vice President at Stockbridge. Stockbridge is a private equity real estate investment management firm led by veteran industry professionals. The firm's portfolio comprises assets across the investment risk spectrum within a variety of investment structures on behalf of U.S. and foreign institutional investors. Joe joined Stockbridge in 2019 and serves as a Vice President on the acquisitions team. Mr. Dunne is responsible for acquisition and due diligence efforts for Industrial Outdoor Storage (“IOS”) assets across the country and for all property types in Dallas and Northern New Jersey. Prior to joining Stockbridge, Joe worked at Rosewood Property Company, a family office in Dallas, where he focused on acquisitions across North America. Will discussed the details of entering the property management field and undertaking roles in tenant and landlord representation.   • Join us TONIGHT as we welcome Will Reis, Leasing Associate at Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors. Will has five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He joined the company in 2018 as an Intern and transitioned into a full-time role in 2019. Will started his career in Property Management where he managed over 1 million square feet of Class A shopping centers as well as played an integral role in tenant build-outs and the development of Lane Parke. In 2022, Will joined the leasing team and is focused on landlord representation of Class A shopping centers throughout the Southeast. Will earned an undergraduate degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from The University of Alabama.?He is an active member of ICSC, sitting on the ICSC Gulf South NextGen Committee, and in 2021 was named a NextGen emerging leader in the Real Estate and Construction Industry in Birmingham.
