Culture Amp offers a hybrid approach to the way we work. Our headquarters are in Melbourne, Australia and we have offices in the US, London and Berlin. While our offices play a critical, connecting role, we’re optimizing the Camper experience so that no matter where you are, you can perform at your best. We use technology and cultural norms to bring teams closer together, reduce friction, and work more effectively without the need to be in the same place at the same time.

We are a culture first company and want Campers to be able to explore their passions and interests. In addition to our comprehensive benefits, vacation and leave policies, we offer four company-wide refresh days per year where the entire company shuts down so employees can have an extra day off. Campers also enjoy five social impact days per year to make an impact outside of work. Social Impact Days can range from volunteering, supporting a member of your community, being a poll worker etc.
