Bad example: We strive to continuously improve ourselves, our work, and our service, throughout the year so that our customers blah blah blah. Good example: A CEO who consistently reminds his team, "Progress over perfection." - Are sticky, concise, and easy to remember. If you have boring values, or too many values, no one will remember them. Bad example: We value continuous improvement. Good example: Leave it better than you found it. - Counterbalance one another. Remember, values guide decisions and behavior. If your values focus too heavily on processes, then your employees will prioritize processes over clients and vice versa. Balance your values. Killed a cold email outreach system that I set up in my first month of Culture Pro. 2. Killed an eCom/dropshipping website I had built selling HR merchandise 3. Killed off a TikTok content strategy, despite having so much fun making content for it. ?? 4. Killed a Taplio trial I signed up for but ultimately decided it wasn't for me. 5.
