This might just look like a fun connection between two people at an event- but it’s more! At our Culture Crush events, connections go beyond the surface. They’re built on authenticity, leading not only to impactful partnerships and sponsorships but also to genuine friendships. These are the people you hike with, have meaningful conversations with, and continue to grow alongside - long after the event ends. It’s about creating a community where relationships thrive both professionally and personally. Sooooo are you ready to add our next event to your calendar?!?! #PhoenixEvents #ArizonaEvents #Community #DeeperConnection Lauren Seematter-Leverette Jacqueline McCormack, MSLOD PCC

As some of us head into work and others of us enjoy a day off in recognition of Presidents’ Day, we thought we would share a little inspiration from a favorite book. Essentially, the goal in life is to be happy. It’s not to make money, become the CEO of a business, be fit, travel the world…. those are all outcomes and parts of the goal to be happy. That’s really it at the end of the day. We just want to be happy. So this page is a reminder to make the choices that are in alignment for you to be happy. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - If it does not lead to more peace in your life- it is not in alignment. If it does not lead to a deeper place within yourself- it is not in alignment. If it requires you to sacrifice your values and gives you an unsettled feeling in your stomach- it is not in alignment. If it requires you to be dishonest with anyone, even yourself, for a prolonged and complex period of time- it is not in alignment. If it does not give you space to grow and change- it is not in alignment. If it does not make you a better human being- it is not in alignment. ?? #Growth #Reflection #Resources

Community is Everything. Yes, we say it a lot - but that’s because it’s the foundation of what we’re building. True impact happens when people come together, share knowledge, and support one another. We’re not just creating a hub of resources - we’re building a space where those resources connect with real people, in real time, through real relationships. Because growth, opportunity and meaningful change don’t happen in isolation. They happen in community. Let’s continue to show up, lift each other, and create something bigger than ourselves. #CommunityMatters #StrongerTogether #ConnectionInAction BBB Pacific Southwest, Central & Inland California ignite sparked by BBB Are you in this photo?! Have you seen these faces around? Meet Tierra Terry and Eduardo Borquez —two of the incredible faces you’ll see at BBB Pacific Southwest, Central & Inland California. ?? Tierra was hands-on, helping set up and serving drinks to our amazing community. ?? Eduardo helped with setup and also took the stage as one of our incredible speakers. Not only did we get to experience the new ignite sparked by BBB space, but having them with us all night made it even more meaningful and impactful. When we host events around town, we don’t just show up and use the space - we build partnerships, relationships, and true collaboration. ?? Thank you BBB Pacific Southwest, Central & Inland California for helping set the tone for our events this year! #Events #PhoenixEvents #Collaboration #MeaningfulEvents #CompanyCulture #TrueConnection

Meet the Culture Crush Crew! As we continue to grow Culture Crush Business LLC. our focus is on more than just events—it’s about fostering real connections. ? Ben keeps the energy high with our photo booth, giving guests a chance to capture moments with old friends and new connections. ?? Theo and Olympus Analytics tells the story of our events through video, helping us share the Culture Crush experience with the wider community. ?? Hunter Umaske captures the action through photography, preserving the moments that make each event special. ?? Stephanie Lynch has been with us since the beginning—attending podcasts, spreading the word, and ensuring our events run smoothly. ?? If you’ve been to an event, you’ve likely met Lily at check-in. What started as tagging along with Mom turned into her being an integral part of our crew. She reminds us that we are an inclusive community—single parent and need to bring your kiddo? Plans changed last minute? Bring them. This is a space where everyone belongs. ?? Momma Connie came to her first event just to see “what Kindra had been up to”—and now she has her own fan base within our community. ?? Debbie Accomazzo ties everything together as our MC, bringing consistency and familiar faces to each event. ?? Karen Nowicki has been part of Culture Crush since it was just a podcast, and now she grounds our team and sets the tone before every event—something we could never do without! This is the heart of Culture Crush. This crew is growing, and we’re always looking to connect with others who align with our mission. Do you see a missing piece? Let’s chat and see how you can be part of this incredible community! #CultureCrush #CommunityMatters #ConnectionOverNetworking

?? Let’s talk about the masks we wear. ?? We’re not talking about the ones we wore during COVID—we’re talking about the figurative masks we put on every day. The ones that hide our insecurities, our struggles, or even our true personalities in an effort to fit in, meet expectations, or protect ourselves. But why do we do this? - Because society often tells us we need to. - Because vulnerability can feel risky. - Because we’ve been conditioned to believe that professionalism means perfection, and authenticity means exposure. But here’s the truth- when we surround ourselves with the right people, we don’t need masks. When we step into spaces where trust, connection, and support are the foundation, we can show up as our full, unfiltered selves.?? That’s what the Culture Crush Business LLC. community is all about—real people, real conversations, real connections. No masks required. So, let’s put the masks aside- unless it’s at the Photo Booth at our events. ?? Find your people so you don’t have to wear a mask! Let’s embrace who we truly are. Because when we do, that’s when the real magic happens. #CultureCrush #AuthenticityAtWork #RealConnections #ConnectionsMatter #CultureMatters

Why does it look like people are snoozing at Culture Crush Business LLC. events? We aren’t snoozing - we’re grounding ourselves before the event. This practice began over a year ago when Karen Nowicki introduced grounding exercises to help event speakers clear their minds and prepare to connect with the group. Soon after, Karen and Kindra Maples realized the power of including the entire audience in this ritual. For the past year and a half, grounding together as a community has been a meaningful way to set the tone before diving into the event. Meditation and grounding are transformative tools for both speakers and attendees. Speakers gain clarity, focus, and confidence, while attendees release distractions, stay present, and engage more deeply with the experience. Together, these practices foster genuine connections and create an impactful, memorable event. What started as a way to prepare speakers has now become a cherished community tradition. We look forward to seeing you at our next quarterly event in April and will continue to share insights and inspiration from others embracing grounding practices. #Meditation #Grounding #Traditions #Wellness #MentalHealthAndWellness #PhoenixEvents ?? We laugh, connect, and hug a lot in this community. Hugging is more than a simple gesture though- it’s a profound form of nonverbal communication that offers emotional, physiological, and psychological benefits. When people hug, the physical touch stimulates the release of oxytocin - the “love” hormone- which fosters feelings of trust, bonding, and connection. Hugging also reduces levels of cortisol- the stress hormone- helping to lower anxiety and promote relaxation. Scientifically, hugs can even boost the immune system by reducing stress-induced inflammation and promoting a sense of well-being. This magic comes to life at our Culture Crush events. These moments create a sense of belonging and amplify the energy of community, making each event a space for meaningful and authentic connections. So do you have to hug at these events? Haha- not at all. It’s not a requirement! The science is there to support that a few hugs at our Culture Crush Business LLC. events is good for you though! #Culture #CompanyCulture #Connection #AuthenticConnection ??
