A happy reunion happened earlier this week! At a meet & greet lunch for the NICU team, nursing directors, and our two new Medical Group pediatricians Dr. John Licata and Dr. Chris Dodd, neonatologist Dr. Christine Stoops was surprised to recognize a familiar face. Turns out she and Dr. Dodd had worked together when she was in medical school. He even wrote Dr. Stoops a letter of recommendation to help her get into her preferred medical residency program. The two had a wonderful time catching up and are excited to work together again. As we continue to expand and enhance our capabilities in pediatrics at Cullman Regional, these expert clinical teams are working together to offer high quality care for our pediatric patients. To celebrate teamwork, we treated this gathering to a delicious lasagna lunch from Carlton's Italian Restaurant!
