I'm a dessert lover and I do care about nutrition and I absolutely agree with everything in this article. People need to stop looking at the "halo terms" in the front and start reading labels instead. There was no good option on the market. So I made my own line of plant-based protein cheesecakes without the sugar alcohols, artificial flavoring and ultra-processed ingredients. I'm happy to send samples to any nutritionist and dietitians who'd like to review them.
