You can keep your hands around my neck, I’ll continue to have my hand on your back, praying for you. Do-Gooders sharing the spotlight Let’s face it, there is a spotlight on Do-Gooders, whether good or bad, THERE IS. But one thing I have had a hard time with is how some will become territorial with their service to others.. ???? Sh*t makes my skin crawl. Some feel if they take the positive energy and hoard it, they will exhume some kind of “Rockstar Status” like you can’t do what I do and if you do it, I’ll yank the spotlight back and put my foot on your neck. Case In point, when I started I got a call from a recognized Do-Gooder, she was intoxicated and said and I quote, “Don’t start thinking your something special, leave it to the professionals” ??, I was like lady, lay off the sauce and than hollar back at me. Although it was unprofessional and completely unnecessary, I ate the meat and spit out the bones. ?? And since than I continually have nothing but admiration for those in my field, and honestly know and believe anyone can do what I do, and will promote anyone to a point of success in being a Do-Gooders, I will share resources, my personal phone number and instruction on some of the do’s and don’ts I’ve had the opportunity of learning. Had another one call me and say, “ you stole my idea and the way I do things.” ?? I stole the way you provide service for the community? Uh, I’m lost, even went all the way to the BHA to try and shut me down, funny thing, the people they contacted, turned around and came to my aid and said “ That “person” is a little off, we hear from “them” a lot.” ?? You see, here’s how it is, you do “Good” share it, you hinder others, you hinder the “Community” And YOURSELF. Selfish people are just that “Self” for themselves “ish” extremely ishy to work with, and usually are not self aware of their behavior, which is a scary thought because they are doing things for others… Makes you think ?? what’s their actual purpose in what they do, my experience, compensation and it ain’t through an ATTABOY, it’s monetization off the less fortunate. Self preservation isn’t a good trait when in the line of work we are in, Selflessness pays 10 fold and sharing resources, financial insights, knowledge etc, shows your in it for the GREATER GOOD, not the greater YOU!! “We all deserve nice “things”, but not at the cost of someone who doesn’t have anyTHING, to begin with.” - THE COLLABORATIVE - ?? “A different mindset, with everyone in mind.”

This was my OG pic from when I started Chrysler Counselor (Day one) I was working in a Rehab and hitting the streets every night by myself, running up in bandos, trap houses and finding lost souls. Since that day I have done over countless Reversals, I have gotten over 304 people into treatment, i have helped open recovery houses, I have helped open rehabs, I have helped people out of foreclosures, Repoed cars and simply recieving a meal etc. 1 1/2 years of straight grinding Why do I tell you this? I did it with nothing, I did it because I believed, I did it because when I thought of giving up I received a man named Ben Owen’s number, and after speaking to him my heart said GO!!! I have gained nothing monetarily, honestly sometimes I wasn’t paying my own bills and no longer even have my own vehicle after it was totaled sitting on the side of the road minding its own business, why? Because that was my choice. It’s your choice how you decide to live your life, it’s your choice if your to be of service to others, it’s your choice to choose who you want to be, it’s your choice to wake up and grind, it’s your choice to live life to the fullest, it’s also your choice to complain, blame others for how life is, give a bad rap to those in power, give power to others in your life. But if you choose anything today, choose to know this is YOUR life, not anyone else’s, grocery bills high? Go to Aldi, car payment High, get a cheaper car, bills stressing you out? Cut the fat and live within your means, got a ticket on your way to work, stop speeding, kids out of control, pay more attention to them, wife or husband out cheating and treating you life sh*t, LEAVE!!!! We all have a choice, some lead with their hearts some lead with their intellect, some feel others aren’t worth their time, some will give all they have to others. YOU HAVE A CHOICE!!! I made many choices in life some sh*tty, some real sh*tty, but after I started doing the next right thing and realized life wasn’t a free for all and got my sh*t together, did I finally see my purpose. “The future depends on what you do today” Ghandi Make a choice to do some worthy of how you want to be remembered. Did I hear soup???
Fighter for the less fortunate, fair treatment of co-occurring diagnosed patients, Justice involved re-entry specialist, At risk youth advocate. I used to be Property of the state, now I increase the property value.
You've heard all the bad... But have you SEEN all the good? Don’t let anyone steal your joy; try thinking about it like this: When you make a soup, you choose the ingredients, right? Each ingredient contributes its own flavor, texture, and aroma. If you add certain ingredients, you can create either a subtle or sultry concoction. But isn’t it amazing how, when you let it sit, simmer, and marinate, the dish transforms into something entirely new? The flavors meld, deepen, and evolve into a harmonious blend. In life, it’s much the same. We have the power to choose our ingredients—our thoughts, emotions, and reactions. Instead of reacting impulsively to negativity or challenges, consider letting your experiences simmer. Take a moment to process and reflect before you respond. This allows for growth and transformation, turning what could have been a bitter experience into something rich and fulfilling. So, the next time you feel your joy being threatened, remember: you control the recipe, don’t add certain ingredients and Embrace the good, let it simmer, and savor your, knowing the inevitable is unavoidable, how you deal with it, is a choice. You can HEAR bad all day long, but if you can SEE the good surrounding you, your guaranteed to keep your life full of joy. ???

I try to understand people’s interactions The good with the bad. And in my experience it’s that common sense has become an invaluable luxury that is commonly overlooked. I recently saw 2 posts. One was about treating your employees with kindness. 24000 likes And the other was about managers who fight for their employees are true leaders. 9700 likes Both were a great message, but both were basic common sense. The responses were mind blowing ?? to say the least. “ I never thought of it that way” or “ wow, this is so amazing that you thought to post this” My response was simple “aka common sense on both” One my comment was removed, the other, well let’s just say the guy wasn’t amused. People talk about Toxic work places, how they should be treated or recognized etc. And I say, if we spend this much time on how to change a workplace, why aren’t we spending this much time on fixing the environment we live in everyday? If we hail with thousands upon thousands of likes on how we should be treated, why arent we treating others outside of work the same way? Wanna know why? Because common sense is LOST. I have learned that, to fix a broken system, you have to get to the root of the evil and start from the inside out. Had we heeded this mentality in every life situations, it wouldn’t trickle into the workplace. We have become so entrenched in societal trends, that to dig ourselves out of the ground, seems to be to much like right. If we spent half the time we take trying to find away to better our workplace as we did trying to better the society we work with, things could be simplified with a common sense approach to life in general. Matthew 7:12 (NIV): "So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets." Luke 6:31 (NIV): "Do to others as you would have them do to you." Philippians 2:3-4 (NIV): "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others." Galatians 5:14 (NIV): "For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'" Romans 13:10 (NIV): "Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law." Ephesians 4:32 (NIV): "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." Colossians 3:12-13 (NIV): "Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you." We were given a guide well before we were given a Human Resources handbook. Why have the basics become so complicated? Do onto others as you would have them do onto you. Follow this basic text and the rest will fall into place. Much ??

Travel physically, move spiritually These children from South Africa ???? Came to America to express gratitude for what has been bestowed upon them. We aren’t just people who walk the streets. We help EVERYONE. Cindy and I are neither former military members, but we come from military families. We also assist a plethora of homeless veterans in our communities. Today was different, as we were invited to be regular guest speakers and provide additional resources and services for the veterans at MCVETS of Baltimore. This organization is devoted to aiding and assisting veterans in areas such as housing, medical attention, substance abuse counseling, and mental health. Jean-Claude Tabb is a collaborator of ours. He works tirelessly as a counselor to give these men and women a fighting chance at stability. I tip my hat to him because you know when someone’s making a difference in a center; their name is continually echoed around the building. “JC” is his nickname, and every time I’ve visited that building, everyone speaks very highly of him. This is due to the fact that “he gives a sh*t.” Please give this man a round of applause because, honestly, he deserves that and so much more. If you care to book Cindy, myself, or both of us to present at your organization's event, or simply to provide resources, please feel free to book us on our website and share our information with others. We don’t just talk to your staff, clients, or event attendees; we get them involved with what we do and give them the know-how to do it. Visit us at ChryslerCounselor.com or call 1-888-773-1731. We are now also providing Auricular Acupuncture groups for healing the mind, body, and soul. “God's greatest gifts usually shine through from the once lost sheep of His herd.” - Joe Carlini - ?? "Man sits down next to another and says, 'I think I’m going to end my life.' Man turns to the other man and asks, 'Why?' Man replies, 'I lost my job, my wife cheated on me, I don’t talk to my kids... my whole life’s in ruins.' The other man simply replies, 'Sounds like God offered you a great chance to get to know a little about yourself.' Man replies, 'What? That’s crazy!!' Other man smiles and says, 'I used to think so too.'" - Joe Carlini - Goodnight.
